Lost Card, No Smartphone

A rider blocks a lost fare card over USSD, on a feature phone, in under ninety seconds

Simulation

0:00 / 1:30

Channel USSD works on any GSM handset with no data bundle, no app and no smartphone — which is how most fare-paying Kenyans would reach this service.
Note Reference implementation. The PIN step a real deployment would require is deliberately omitted, and figures and timings are illustrative.
